Something that you can apply to your daily life so that you can truly realise the benefits of wellbeing.

That’s why it helps to make a plan.

When we plan it, it happens.

Making a plan and applying it is how your set yourself up for wellbeing rather than burnout.

It’s also how we walk the talk and truly model sustainable wellbeing practices in our families, work places and communities…

...because that is part of the change we’re trying to create.

Chronic exhaustion is neither humane, nor just, nor generous.

Self-care is one of the ways you contribute to seeding a more just, humane culture.

And your wellbeing creates impact.

Let’s plan for both in 2018.

We ran a Workshop on Dec 6th and, even though you are too late for that, you can still purchase the recording so you can work through it on your own time. It includes the following: 

  • Get clear and select what you will focus on as a Change Maker in 2018 so you can stick to it (this will help you deliberately say No to what doesn’t fit into that focus!)
  • Create a clear wellbeing schedule so that you can make a habit out of doing what nourishes and feeds you (this will ensure you always have fuel and don’t burnout)
  • Develop practical crisis management strategies so you have a way to manage daily career realities and know how and when to stop
  • Identify the warning signs so that you can up your self-care practices before things come to a head
