podcast-logoChange Making Women is a podcast hosted by Ziada Abeid in Tanzania & Mary Ann Clements (formerly Mhina) in London. If you are a woman trying to make change happen, we’re talking to you.

That change takes many different forms. It could be your business, art, writing, creative work, campaigning or community organising. Our listeners range from volunteers through solo-preneurs to those working in and leading large NGOs, social enterprises or businesses.

This stuff is complicated so this isn't a simple how-to guide and we don't shy away from exploring problems and discussing the challenges this work brings. The stories we tell and interviews we broadcast are all reflections, observations and pointers towards how we might make this world a better place for everyone living here.

We aim to be topical, thought-provoking and inspirational, to bounce ideas around, trust that change is possible and introduce you to new people, things and ideas.

Because Ziada is in Dar es Salaam and Mary Ann is in London the content is informed by those locations and the links between them, and, at the same time, we are talking to you wherever in the world you are trying to make a difference.

Please listen and if you like what you hear please do rate and review us as it helps more women to find our show and benefit from the information and ideas which we share.

You can also find, subscribe and live us on ITunes, SoundCloud or Stitcher and follow us on twitter @ChangeMakeWomen too.

It’s time to take a stand against burnout, depletion and exhaustion and find a new way of making a difference. One that honours our cycles. Sustains our energy. Respects our need for balance, rest and play, and blazes a new trail for future generations. Together, we can create a new approach to creating change in the world.
