I’m looking for a couple of organisations willing to be involved in a pilot of an approach we have developed at Jijaze called the Wellbeing & Impact process.
So far we have been running this process very effectively with groups of individuals from different organisations.
This pilot over the summer of 2018 will help us to learn about using it in an organsiational context.
This is an experiential, enjoyable & creative process and helps participants to understand the importance of their wellbeing in their work for social change, including looking at working more effectively, embodying their values and building resilience as an antidote to busyness and burnout.
The approach follows the Process Map below and is delivered as 5 half days sessions and two 1:1 sessions for each participant. Ideally at least 4 people from an organisation would participate. Delivery can be on site or virtual depending on organsiational circumstances.
